Integrative fertility visits include a comprehensive health intake, review of medical history, TCM diagnosis, individualized treatment plan, fertility-focused diet, nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations, review of past fertility labs and semen analysis (if applicable) and an acupuncture treatment. (90-105 minutes)

INSURANCE

Fertile Spring does not accept insurance due to the level of specialty and care of our services. However, we are happy to provide you with a superbill to submit directly to your insurance company for out-of-network benefits. This ensures reimbursement is sent directly to you and allows your provider to spend quality time on patient care.
